The “Nubia Sharm” project, under Nubia Sharm for Touristic Projects, involves a major resort redevelopment in Sharm El-Sheikh. The resort feature 470 rooms. The resort offers a sizeable amenity mix, including 14 food & beverage outlets, five swimming pools (one dedicated to children), a state-of-the-art aqua park with 28 slides and a lazy river, a 250-metre sandy beach with a 1-km fixed jetty, plus kids’ club, wellness and health center, sports facilities, conference space, and a medical clinic. This makes it a high-capacity, full-service destination resort rooted in Sharm El-Sheikh’s prime coastal area.
