Marassi North Coast, Egypt, is a 6.5-million-square-meter luxury Mediterranean destination developed by Emaar Misr, offering 6.5 km of beachfront, five distinct beaches, and one of the Middle East’s largest international marinas with hundreds of berths.          Shoreline Stability Monitoring

         Conducting periodic beach profiling and cross-section surveys.

         Monitoring erosion/accretion trends using GPS and GIS tools.

         Assessing impacts of coastal structures on shoreline movement.

         Preparing technical reports with stability indicators and mitigation recommendations.

         Beach Nourishment Supervision

         Reviewing and validating nourishment design and sediment specifications.

         Supervising sand placement to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

         Monitoring turbidity, sediment drift, and nearshore impacts during works.

         Verifying completion quantities and preparing environmental supervision reports.

         Lagoon Environmental Measurements

         Collecting water quality samples (salinity, DO, nutrients, turbidity, pH).

         Performing sediment sampling to assess organic content, grain size, and pollutants.

         Monitoring ecological parameters affecting lagoon health and circulation.

         Providing recommendations for improving water quality and maintaining ecological balance.

         Marassi Bay Marine Survey

         Conducting seabed mapping using sonar and dive inspections.

         Assessing marine habitats, benthic communities, and sensitive ecological zones.

         Evaluating water quality and hydrodynamic conditions in the bay.

         Identifying environmental risks and issuing mitigation guidance for coastal development.

         Yacht Marina Marine Survey

         Inspecting berthing areas, navigation channels, and seabed conditions.

         Monitoring marina water quality and sedimentation rates.

         Evaluating the impact of marina operations on marine life and water circulation.

         Preparing environmental compliance reports in line with Egyptian and international marina standards.
