Aroma Residence (or Aroma Resort) in Ain Sokhna is a luxury seaside development by Residence Developments, built on approximately 85 acres (≈ 344,000 m²) of land with a depth of ~1,250 m and width of ~250 m. The resort comprises about 600 residential units plus a 4-star hotel with ~300 rooms, according to its developer. Accommodation types include studios, chalets, duplexes, penthouses, villas, and twin houses, with floor areas ranging from 50 m² up to around 550 m² in some phases.
